OE6 addreses to Outlook 2000

I have both mail managers on the PC - How do I import the OE6 addressess or
is it export them to Outlook 2000. I managed to do the export mail from OE6
to 2000 but cannot seem to do the addresses.

Thanks - Didnt realise I had to create the OE6 on this new PC first and then
import across to Outlook 2000
