Hello all,

I am trying to sort my inbox by multiple columns. I tried SHIFT +
Clicking on the fields I wanted to sort by and even tried creating a
custom view. However, every time I restart Outlook, it goes back to
sorting by only one field (the first field that I selected from the
mutliple columns I wanted to sort by). Is there anyway I can get it to
keep the mutliple columns sorted?

Thanks a lot!!!

Have you tried the Sort command on the View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current View dialog?

Yes, I have tried that, but it keeps changing back to being sorted by
only one column every time I restart.
