Since moving to an exchange server our DL is too large and I just get
an error when I go to send an email... How can I export a distribution
list to excel?

FIle | Save As. If you save the DL as a .txt file, you can open it in Notepad, remove the non-address information at the top, then open it in Excel as a tab-delimited file.

Open the DL and click File>Save As and choose a txt file type. The DL will
be saved as a Tab Separated Values file and Excel should be able to open it.
That said, I don't know what you can do with it aferward because there's no
way I know to import to a DL.
