Using Exchange and Outlook 2003, I'd like to ask if anyone knows how to
overlay a calendar in a public folder upon an individual calendar.  I've
read it's a feature in 2007, but I can't believe this feature wouldn't have
existed for this long.

Anyone?

Believe it. Calendar overlay is a new feature in Outlook 2007. Outlook 2003 can only show calendars side-by-side.
