Hi there,

I'm using a domain provider who does not supply SMTP for email; they
ask you to use your existing ISP's one instead. The problem is, my
incoming (pop3.mydomain.com) has different username/password to my
outgoing (smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk), meaning I have to correct my
username/password each time.

What I desperately need is one of two solutions:

#1 - Is there a way to specify different username/password for the
Incoming and Outgoing servers?

#2 - I actually only need to be able to send from this account, not
receive. Is there a way to say that I don't want to use this account
for incoming? When I delete the pop3 address, it grays out the "Next"
button.

(This is in Outlook 2003 by the way)

Hope you can help,
Studley

Never mind, I cracked it. (I think it was a bodge, but it worked...)

Using Yahoo's SMTP, they require you to tick "my outgoing (SMTP) server
requires authentication", and they tell you to leave the "use same
settings as my incoming mail server" selected. But there's also an
option to enter a different password for outgoing server... which
works, of course.
