I've got a small Access database which holds client information about
services they use with our company.

Some of these services have to be renewed annually and it would be great
if I when I enter in the database that a client has paid for a service,
that a renewal reminder could be added into my Outlook calendar for a
year later.

Is this possible, if so can anyone point me in the right direction of
how to do it please?

Using Office 2003.
(Also have small business server and exchange if needed)
Thanks

Vix

Nothing like that is built in. You'd have to build or buy it. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/database.htm
