How to send a mail with a embedded attachment?

I use outlook 2003. I want to attach files as a embedded icon, so
that someone who receive the mail can open the attachments by double clicking
the icons. How should I do?

If you mean inline icons you need to use Rich Text Format messages but those
are only readable by other Outlook users.
