outlook new message has no subject

The subject line is not there when I create a new message in outlook so
recipients get an email from me with no subject.

Of course it has no subject until you put one in.  Explain what you are doing to expect a subject line prefilled.

reading.  

After furious head scratching, LSA1019 asked:

Do you mean a blank subject field or the subject field is not there?
