I have a remote user/co-worker that has Comcast email. Every 15 seconds
(we literally timed it) a box asking for a username and password pops
up. I had him call Comcast for help, and they said it's a VPN issue,
and they can't help.
Any ideas on how to get this annoyance to go away? I'm terrible at
remote help, and he's very computer illiterate :). Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.

Often removing the account and readding it or creating a new mail profile
will correct this problem.
Also, see some of the articles here:
