Move all from TB and OE

Hi all.

I'm a newbie!

I use a Nokia 9500 phone. For me to use all e-mail applications between
my phone and pc I need to have OE. How do I now, move all info from TB
to OE.
Please help. Thanks

What's "TB"? Most phones dont' sync with Outlook Express, but try asking in
an Outlook Express newsgroup like
news://msnews.microsoft.com/micrsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
