Hi Diane,
Thank you for taking the time to answer. I have now sorted out the
problem. I am using Outlook 2007.
If I were to search for a telephone number in the "Mail" Tab (Search address
books) I was unable to search for telephone numbers, however if I used the
search box whilst in the "Contacts" tab (Search Contacts) I could search for
anything that was within my contacts list.
Hope this helps anyone else with the same question.
