I am looking for an way to import multiple .rtf files into Outlook 2003.

The user has created an new contact in Outlook, filled in all the data and
then (for some strange reason) "Saved As" an .rtf file on their user area,
so no data is actually saved in Outlook.

I need to import 100+ addresses from .rtf files into Outlook, ideally
keeping the structure (name, address, email) in tact.

Does anybody have any ideas??

Many Thanks

Mark

Outlook doesn't import .rtf files. Arrange the data with tabs or commas between fields, then save as a .csv or .txt text file. You'll be able to import by specifying comma- or tab-delimited import.
