I would like to know if it is possible to export my calendar,folders and
sub-folders from one computer to another computer.
my computer skills are limited but if you could point me towards a tutorial
I would appreciate it very much.

Export, no.  Copy and re-use, absolutely!  Make a copy of your Personal
Folders (.PST) file, place it in folder on your other computer (make sure to
NOT overwrite any existing .PST files), then re-connect Outlook to it:
