I don't think it is a Motorola question, either. More likely an Activesync
question, I would guess. The guy asked a legitimate question about Outlook
and Outlook Mobile, it appears to me. If "this isn't an Outlook question",
please explain why, however briefly.

Outlook is the data repository and has no native synching ability. All synching is the purview of the device and the software used to accomplish the synching. iPhone = iTunes. Windows Mobile = Activesync. Palm = HotSync. etc.

On top of what Milly said, the OP never once said what operating system and
what sync was in use on the Q.
