How do I enable immodicons?

Check the options in whatever unspecified version you have.  I doubt
you will find it.  Outlook is primarily targeted for corporate use,
not for personal use to include fluffy pointless crap.

In what manner do you wish to enable them?  You can type anything you want
and you'll get it...

You mean emoticons (based on the word "emotion").  "Immodicons" sounds like
something you take for diarrhea.

There are, thankfully, no emoticons in Outlook.  You can certainly use
autocorrection to add some (and some of those autocorrection substitutes are
included by default) and there are add-ins that allow you to add them, but
most of those are adware and spyware, so it's not a good idea to use them.
