We have a user  that has lost the ability to create and save group schedules
lists.  She can create them, but they are not being saved.  And to top
things off, she is the one person that does the most scheduling for our
firm.  She has this problem on different computers.  Others can log on to
her computer, and they see their saved group schedule lists, as well as
create and save new lists.

Here are the technical details.

Windows XP SP2
Office XP(2002) SP 3
Exchange 2003

Any help or suggestions would be great.

It sounds like it's corrupt. Does she have any listed she can delete and see
if that fixes it?   If not, the group schedules are stored in the calendar
folder - I didn't see a startup switch that would clean them out but you
could use OutlookSpy to see if any rouge schedules are in the folder - they
are under Associated Contents for the folder they are associated with, named
with a guid and the name she used (i.e., {B65789-09876} - Test).  Delete any
you find.

It worked!  I found an entry that did not have a description ( -test) after
it.  Deleteing it fixed it.

Thanks...
