How to Include a Response with a Meeting Auto Accept or Decline???

I want to configure Outlook to auto accept or auto decline meeting
requests AND include a response in the Accept or Decline message body.
(One message for Auto Accepts; another for Auto Declines). Also, I
want to do this for MY calendar, not for any "resources" I manage.  (I
don't manage any resources; I simply want to automate the management
of my Accepts and Declines.)

I don't think there's any way to do this within Outlook itself, and
thus far, I haven't been able to find an Add In (free or paid) that
enables this.

Is anyone aware of an add in or a way to do this?

Many thanks.

No, there is no add-in that I am aware of to do this - the appointment item uses the default form for replies so you would need to always use the option to "edit the response before sending" and that is not possible using auto-accept/decline.

After furious head scratching, LifeTango.com asked:
