SignatureBrian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] I am able to recieve and send emails. I truned off my PC-cillin anti-virus software. But now when I open outlook, a little window pops up and says installing program, and nothing installs. It look like a windows pop up. > > I cannot send or receive emails.
