what is the process to move data from Lotus Notes to MS outlook?
If I plan to move my information and notes what is the best way to prepare
current data to view and use this data in the future?

Many people use the Outlook-Lotus Connector which allows Outlook to connect
to the Notes backend server and then data can simply be dragged from the
Lotus folders to the Outlook-native folders.  This is Outlook version
dependent, however, and you decided not to mention your version of Outlook.

There are other ways, as well.

If you wish to purchase something, the following will do a fairly good job.
The company for which I work has used it for a large mail migration.
