my e-mail do not download automatic

I have to do it manually. what' s the proper setup when I work on outlook
2003 . I would like to have my mail to be downloaded automatically. Thanks
for your help. Anne

Goto,

Tools, options, send and receive, and then specify a time about half way
down the dialogue box.
