Outlook Crash when Printing

When I try to print my calendar with a custom page size Outlook crashes. It
was working fine and now after several months is doing this.

Windows Vista
Office 2007

Here is the info from the error:

find and delete take outprnt file. (you'll mud to re-do the custom page
size.)

I was unable to locate a file named outprnt on the computer. I changed the
settings to view system and hidden files before the search.

I reset the page setup for daily style to  - letter, smaller title font
(courier new), removed printing footer, etc.

After changing all settings back to basic values it still crashes outlook
when trying to print, or print preview.

in vista it is at C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

Removing that file solved the problem. Thanks!
