Version 2007:
Every time I flag an email w/a reminder, it defaults to reminding me at 4pm.
How can I change the default to remind me at 9am?
Diane Poremsky {MVP} - 25 Mar 2008 04:36 GMT
you'll need to change your work hours. Or set the default flag for the next
day. then it defaults to the beginning of the work day,

tools, options, calendar options to change the work hours. If you want the
reminder to default to 9 am, set the end of day to 10 am. However, setting a
flag after 10 am may push it to the next day.  Better is to change the
default flag to Tomorrow - right click on the quick flag and choose Quick
Click - set it for tomorrow. You can still choose today (or any of the other
options) with a right click.  Any flag set for a future date defaults to the
start of the business day.

Thank you. I took your advice and set the quick click to tomorrow. that
works great.
