Version 2007: Every time I flag an email w/a reminder, it defaults to reminding me at 4pm. How can I change the default to remind me at 9am? you'll need to change your work hours. How can I change the default to remind me at 9am? tools, options, calendar options to change the work hours. If you want the reminder to default to 9 am, set the end of day to 10 am. However, setting a flag after 10 am may push it to the next day. Better is to change the default flag to Tomorrow - right click on the quick flag and choose Quick Click - set it for tomorrow. You can still choose today (or any of the other options) with a right click. Any flag set for a future date defaults to the start of the business day.
