During the process of adding an attachment in a mail, microsoft outlook asks to send an error report and stops outlook.
Adding attachments is at this moment not possible.

After removing and reinstalling outlook, ONE mail with an attachment could be created but from the second mail on, the same happened as before.

Who can help?

I think that you may not get many responses until you provide further
information.

What version of Outlook are you using?
What type of mail account do you have?
Are you using a PST? If you are, what size is it?
What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
Are there any error messages and/or numbers?
Have you checked the Application Event Viewer for any Office-related errors?
If there are any, what are the eventID & source?
Is antivirus scanning your incoming/outgoing mail?
Do you have any COMs, Add Ins, synch software, or fax software installed, or
other applications that interface/integrate with Outlook?
Do you have any installed desktop search or toolbars in Outlook that might
interfere with its normal working?
