Can I schedule phone calls in Outlook?

I'm using Goldmine now and we are looking at changing our proposal software.
The old software doesn't sync to anything the new too Outlook but Goldmine
is a much better contact manager.

You can set up tasks or appointments but need to initiate the call yourself.
