unknown attachment image001.png under Outlook 2003

User received an email from external party and found that the email has a
attchment named image001.png. The image file actually is a screen capture
picture came from her computer. That means the email from external party
with a attachment which from her computer. Anybody has the same issues
before and any solution?

And the problem is...?

Did the external party knowingly include the screenshot?
Is the external party using a mac? if so see
