Because certain users cannot read a Project file, I need to save it,or insert it into, a Power Point file. I have read all of the help topics in both programs, but still can't figure out how to do it. Can someone tell me how to do this?

In Project, use the little camera icon to take a picture of the view you
need. Then insert that image into PPT. (I think it's a GIF.)
