Hi,

We have had a call from a remote user having problems with
inserting Organization Charts, the error messages
displayed are exactly like in Article 238307, but there
are only a few fonts (72) and there are no Msoprefs.232
and Msoclip.232 files in C:\winnt so I cant really see
what else to do...

They are using Windows 2000 sp3 and Office 2000 SR-1

Any help would be appreciated.
