Inserting a clock or timer in a powerpoint presentation

I have need to insert either a countdown timer OR
realtime clock in a running presentation. Our metings are
consistently starting late, and if I could have some
visual refernce on the screen indicating the time or time
left till start, it would be great. Can anyone help me do
that?

Sounds like you are trying to use a technological solution for a social
