Went to insert and created a new photo album, 20 pictures, can i insert a folder with 40 pictures to it, in one go, got pp 2003, You can, so I'm wondering whether I understand the question. Did you try it? Did it not work? What happened? If you want to do it in two separate steps you should create two presentations/photo albumns and then merge them.
