I downloaded some design templates from the Microsoft Office website and I cannot apply them to my presentation. How do I acess them? Assuming you've saved them somewhere. Load your existing presentation Then goto the format menu and choose "apply design" Then navigate to where you have saved the design templates Select one of them, and click "apply" Done. How do I acess them? TAJ Simmons, I have got the same problem, but unfortunately I do not get that problem with your post solved... I use the 2003 version and I have no idea where the design templates are saved (searched unsucessfully and "save as" does not work either) and when I press "format" the menu on the right side pops up wiht no trace of the downloaded design... It is quiet easy to copy 8 pages, but that will not solve the basic problem I actually have... If theres anybody out there with the information I need, please help...
