How can I merge power point presentations or use slides from one presentation
into the other? Is the feature available in any version of Power point or any
product that supports this feature.

You can use Insert > Slides from file.  Have you tried that and had problems?
What version of PowerPoint are you running?

Thanks for the solution. But I'm using power point 2000 & the option is not
there. Which version of Power Point is it available in?

It's available in PowerPoint 2000.  Open one presentation and then go to Insert
> Slides from File.  If you don't see the option then you should go to View >
Toolbars > Customize  and click on the Options tab.  Uncheck "Menus show
recently used commands first".
