how do i enable macros?

im trying to make a ppt presention interactive by putting buttons in it. in
the Visual Basic Editor i can compile the code but when i try to run it i get
a message saying the macros are disabled and i need to go to the online help
to find out how to enable the macros.

Select Tools | Macros | Security.
Change the security level to MEDIUM
Click on OK

Reopen your presentation and enable the macro when prompted.
