customize default blank presentation

does anyone know where that file resides? I'd like to have the "blank
presentation" come up with a design, but I can't seem to find the "blank".
Any ideas?

It depends on your PPT version.  Which do you have?

Create a default "blank" presentation with your own defaults

Yeah well ... I suppose I might have remembered that it was there, it being my
site and all that. d'ouble d'oh!  ;-)
