Formatting data labels in inserted pie chart

Hi,

I cannot figure out how to take out the line breaks within the data labels
of an inserted pie chart in PPT. When I select an individual data label, the
box around it is shown but there seems to be no way to drag it to the side
like a regular text box so I would have less line breaks in there.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks!

Marion

You can't change it, unfortunately.  One work around is to eliminate the labels
in MS Graph and add regular text boxes and size and arrange them on top of the
chart object as you wish.
