Hi,

In 2003, select the whole text box, animate it as Add Effect| Entrance| Fly
in, which for me is number 7 via the Custom Animation Task Pane. By the way,
when you say personalising your bullets, I presume you mean the bullet
points and not the actual bullet icons. In that case, you right click on the
text and go to Bullets and Numbering.
