Presentations look different on different PC, all with the same version of PPT

I am at my witts end. A user creates presentations on her PC and formatting
and text are screwed up when viewing on other PCs with the same version of
PPT (2000). Authoring PC is running XP Pro and the others are 2000 Pro. Any
ideas?

The printers are different, this different fonts.
