Had a client send in a ppt file that she says has transitions and
animations, however when I view it I see non of those, and when
checking Slideshow->Transitions or Slideshow->Custom Animation none of
the slides show any... but she says she sees them when she views the
file.. I'm using Powerpoint 2000.. not sure what version she has (she's
gone for a few days), any idea what the deal could be here? Can you set
newer versions of PPt to show transitions and such regardless of
whether you have them embedded in the file?

Thanks guys

Hello Chris,

PowerPoint 2002 or 2003 can create new animations that Powerpoint 2000 does
not support. You can download PowerPoint Viewer 2003 here,
