Just looking for a great program, also would like it to have a small price
tag. If I could have some feedback within the next day or two that would be
great I am on a tight schedule with this project.

The two programs that were suggested I cannot get them to work for me.
Nothing matches up, the music will not play, slides are missing. I have
placed .wav files in the PP presentation. Any other suggestions.

Just run a search for 'PowerPoint to DVD', the top list in google
should explain it nicely.
