PowerPoint couldn't create a hyperlink to ^0.  Fix?

I get the error message "PowerPoint couldn't create a hyperlink to ^0"  When
I attempt to advance a slide.  What is the Fix?  Poser Point stalls.

i have re installed office but the same problem still exists can anyone help?

Your going to have to be a little more forthcoming with information. Like
the version of PowerPoint your using, How you attempted to set up the
hyperlink. PowerPoint doesn't create hyperlinks automatically.

AFAIK, there are only certain characters allowed in hyperlinks, and I don't believe ^0 is one of them

Not sure what's happening here?

If you are getting that message its likely to be a corrupt Hlink.dll file.
