How do I get the animation to work in a slide show saves as .pps

I'm makeing a presentation to send to my customers and I'm trying to save it
as a powerpoint show(pps) so that when thay cleck on it the slide show will
automaticly pull up. In doing so I have lost the animation in my presentation

What version of PowerPoint are you using to create the presentation and what
version are they playing it in?  If you have PowerPoint 2002 or 2003 and they
are playing it in PowerPoint 97 or 2000 or the PowerPoint 97 Viewer, there's a
good chance that their version doesn't support the animations you have used in
the presentation.
