save in power point to be shown on other computers?

I wonder how i can save my power point presentation so that it will be shown
the same way on every computer i sent it to?

At the moment it changes the size on text boxes and pictures..

Unfortunately it will vary from computer to computer depending on their
version of PowerPoint and their settings. An alternative is to send it as an
autorun CD and include the PowerPoint viewer

Sounds like you are using a non-standard font that is not on their machines
and a substitution is being made.
