I have a powerpoint file with an embedded excel worksheet that is flipped
backwards and upside down. I can't figure out how to correct this. Double
click on the embedded object opens the worksheet and displays properly.
I know that this can be corrected by repasting the excel object, but how can
I flip/mirror the embedded object?

This information from rdpslides.com may be useful:

"Problem
You open a presentation in PowerPoint 2002 or 2003 and one or more images
appears upside down.

No matter what anyone may tell you, it's not because you've opened an
Australian presentation in your US English PowerPoint.

Solution
This only seems to happen to PowerPoint presentations that have been created
in earlier versions of PPT and opened in 2002/2003.

PowerPoint MVP Shyam Pillai has written a free Unflip add-in that'll fix the
problem."
