I have seen presentations where the photos and videos have what appear to be
picture frames around them.  These appear 2D and are shadowed.  I have seen
them in the same color patter as the background and in a contrasting color.  

Can someone tell me how this is done.   I think it looks really sharp and I
would like to include in my presentations.
