Reinstalling may not fix it. I suppose you can try -- it won't hurt even if
it ends up it doesn't help. You might run a detect and repair first, though.
What search terms are you using? I'll see if I can repro here.

No matter what terms I'm using, I get the same thing. I've been doing some
more experimenting and the clipart files themselves seem to be okay - but
when I do a search through PP, all of the files are coded with the symbol
that means MP3 or Wav file. And, when I click on it PP says that it can't
install that type of file. If I go to clipart from a file, I can get any
clipart I want but, of course, they're not searchable. I was changing some
RAM files to MP3's earlier but don't see how I could have done this to the
clipart. How do I do a detect and repair?
Thanks for your help.

Wow, I don't know what's wrong, then. Maybe your file associations are just
messed up in general. Most clip art from Office Online is WMF or GIF. I
suppose if you changed WMF or GIF to RAM or MP3, that could cause the type
of problem you're seeing.
If you click on the arrow beside a clip and choose Preview|Properties, does
that give you any clues?
To run a Detect and Repair, click the Help menu and then click Detect and
Repair.
