Hi there

I wanna insert 1, 2, 3, 4 etc to represent different cities on a
Powpoerpoint graphic map.

However, I wanna these 1, 2, 3, 4 to appear on a red-color circle
spot....., is there an easy way to do it... so that i don't have to
create it one by one using insert autoshape (circle) and then add
textbox for 1, 2, 3,4 .....?

Using powerpoint 2002.

Thanks

Right click on the autoshape and select insert text

Draw one red circle holding the Shift-key to get an exact circle.  Type the
number right into it, you don't need a textbox.  Press Ctrl+D to copy the
circle and then change the numbers.

Best regards,
