Is there any way to see slide comments on the lap-top during a
presentation, without interrupting the presentation, and without the
comment showing up in the projected image.????.

You need the hardware that is capable of displaying different content on
different monitors. See http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00476.htm.

After the necessary hardware is setup, select "Slide Show" | "Set Up
Show..." menu item, check "Show Presenter View" box, click OK. Start the
slide show.
