I am trying to introduce a flash movie (expandable banner) into a powerpoint
presentation for a client. I have tried using
insert:
image
movie
object

and in all of these options received a refusal

How can I overcome this without having to resort to using screen grabs?

Many thanks!

Hi Henrique,
You will need to enable the Control toolbox (View > Toolbars > Control
Toobox) first. From there, click on More Controls, and select Shockwave Flash
Object.
You can then go to the properties and insert the flash from there.

Once a flash file is setup onto a PPT 2007 Slide, how can I allow or create
play, stop, pause buttons for the Flash file?
Another option would be to have the Flash movie ALWAYS start at the
beginning every time that slide is 'viewed'. Currently, my movie will start
where I left it
Ideas, thoughts, etc....
Thanks,
Todd

Nevermind folks... I located the AddIn for PPT that maintains this!
Called FlashBack, here's the link:

Thanks,

I also had the experience like this.
Why not make it easier to insert flash into powerpoint?
Some 3-rd party tool can add flash movie into a powerpoint easily.
I ever tried some, like this one:

you can have a try.
