Presentation unexpectedly jumping from slide 11 to 1 or exiting show mode

I have a client who swears that his presentation (that I created) is jumping
from slide 11 back to slide 1 when he advances. And then sometimes he gets
kicked out of show mode altogether advancing from slide 11.

Slide 11 has some animated graphics and slide 12 has an auto-starting WMV
with nothing else on the slide.

I can't replicate the problem on my end and I don't see anything weird on
the slides or in the show -- no hyperlinks, no custom shows.

Anyone have any ideas?

Nolan - Ask the client to check their settings in slideshow>set up show.
Maybe they dont have "Show Slides - all" ticked. (sounds like show slides - 1
to 11 and repeat until esc may be selected.)
