Does anyone know how to insert a video on a mpeg4 file? It shows the infamous white screen. Yes, we did use a Mac but now we need to show the file on a PC. Apple / Microsoft = Competition in video formats. Best recommendation is to export the video on your Mac to an uncompressed AVI and then re-compress it in a Windows format. Unfortunately there will be degradation due to the multiple times the file has been manipulated.
