I am suddenly having a problem with one ppt file.  I had alternately opened
it in 2000 and 2003.  I was not able to get the antimation I wanted in 2003
so I opened it on my other computer using 2000 fixed the problem, saved it
and now cannot open it in 2003.  I get the message "Powerpoint cannot open
the file"

I have other ppt files that open in both 2000 and 2003.

The file formats should be fully compatible.  Is the computer running PPT
2003 updated with Service Pack 2 for Office 2003?  If not, I recommend that
you install it.  This often fixes such problems.

Best regards,
Ute
